These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GIP Creative Studio website, apps, and services, operated by PT GIP Creative Studio ("GIP Creative Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

GIP Creative Studio provides app development, digital platform & web portal services, and graphic design work, including the sale and subscription of premium design assets through our design studio at design.gipcreativestudio.com.

2. Design Assets: Purchases & Licensing

• Design assets purchased individually are licensed for the use described at the time of purchase (typically personal or single-project commercial use unless stated otherwise).
• All-Access Membership grants access to download assets for the duration of an active subscription. Access ends if the subscription is cancelled or payment fails.
• Purchased or downloaded digital files are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
• Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our design assets as standalone products is not permitted.

3. Payments

Payments for design assets and memberships are processed by our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to that provider's applicable terms.

4. Client Projects (App, Web Portal & Design Services)

Custom project engagements (app development, web portals, bespoke design work) are governed by the specific scope, timeline, and payment terms agreed upon separately with each client, in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and design asset source files remain the intellectual property of PT GIP Creative Studio unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement or covered by a purchased license.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious code, or using our services for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIP Creative Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, apps, or design assets.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
